The pillows had mold which caused my daughter to have an allergic reaction. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty and unhygienic.

The location is not bad with decent views of the godavari basin. The villa has a nice pool right outside which is maintained well.

Let's start with the room. The plumbing in the bathroom was abysmal. The water pressure was not well set, the fixtures were either broken or not working well. The toilet seat was aged and not in a good condition. The entire property is understaffed, we were told to wait 45 mins for room service, we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. This seemed to be a repeating occurence as later in the day, another guest was heard complaining about the same thing. The food offered at the restaurants is nowhere near as food as the price being charged, and I would strongly recommend eating out if possible. The property overall is not very well made, with tacky structures and photos put up everywhere. The winery tour is not worth the price at all.

1. We stayed for two nights, upgraded to lake view room at the property and paid around 6.5k/night. The room wasn't well maintained nor it was clean. There were stains on bedsheet and pillow covers. 2. One of the wardrobe door was missing. The bed wasn't comfortable either. The bed was making lot of noise. 3. Intercom keys were not working properly so we had uncertainty contacting housekeeping and restaurant 4. Food was average. They have a good variety in breakfast. If you're a vegetarian go for Italian cuisine, it's decent. Vegetarians may not enjoy Punjabi main course as the taste was average. The quality of paneer was awful. We had gone for a special occasion and we didn't want to ruin it, that's why we managed somehow. But at 6.5k/ night you can definitely get far better stay elsewhere. The price isn't justified. I won't visit this place ever again nor I'll recommend it to my friends and family. If you're planning to make a reservation nearby this location spend a couple of thousands more and go to a 3 of 4 star property.

Staff was good,cleanliness was good.

Charges are too high, miscommunication with internal is very low. No lights on streets inside the property. At night it is scary.
