The view is excellent, and the pool is fine! Talking purely about the pool view rooms here. But that’s about it, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS HUGELY DISAPPOINTING, specially at the price point they’ve kept.

Zero maintenance of the rooms. The one we stayed in looked shabby, had pretty old furniture with very old paint, lighting fixtures weren’t proper, age old TV, lack of basic toiletries; needed to ask for everything like soap, shampoo, toothbrush, even hair dryer was available in the bathroom.

Food is below average and needs a lot of improvement. It is also quite over priced for the quality they serve. eg. 2 cups of tea with fries and 1 cup milk for the kid was INR 900. Their room service is extremely slow, the staff informed the same to us and still way overpriced than a 5 star resort. Only the pool view rooms make sense to book, else there's nothing to see or do. Rooms at the back are quite useless.

The food was good. The room service very good. The view from the balcony excellent.

Staff did not clean tables after people finish... so when we came for breakfast tables were dirty with left overs of last night... Plates, cups n saucers, fork, spoon, knife not available for breakfast... only those who came early, picked up plates from different tables, basically help themselves...
