Summerfields & Gardens Lodge

A little out of the way, but very clean, neat and tidy. Jennifer and the rest of the staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay there immensely. The rooms are well appointed and I was offered a welcome drink on arrival.

The water pressure was low, but it was to expected with the loadshedding occurring for 20 hours per day.

The breakfast was super, its customised. The area is quite and friendly staff

The staff here are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Lodge is in a quiet location, has a peaceful garden and nice verandah to sit out on which is relaxing. Everything in the room was working and the shower was good.

The pictures of the room included the verandah, so we expected our room to have one. I think this should be adjusted on the booking listing as the room pictures should only feature the actual room, so we were a bit disappointed. Our bathroom had not been cleaned well. We chose from the breakfast menu but did not really get what was listed on the menu! Eg, the muffin was toast and the ham missing until requested. But the staff try their best to please you. Thank you
