Location, excellent customer service. Jessica Bwalya and her team went an extra mile to make my stay pleasant. My room was always clean; the place was secure and not far from Mukuba Shopping Mall by car. Breakfast and other meals were customer tailored. Staff made me feel at home.

Could do better by adding more to the menu especially for breakfast.

1. There was no breakfast menu 2. Staff did not ask what I wanted for breakfast - prepared a mix up of what I do not eat 3. Staff clearly not trained to set out breakfast table and not trained to prepare and not trained to check and ensure breakfast is appropriate The breakfast arrangement is just shocking - there is simply no standard at all - and the whole experience just disappointing

1. My room was not checked to ensure that it was 100 % ready 2. Had to request for TV to be connected 3. The shower drain is partially clogged - and you end up standing in a pool 4. Room had no working table . Ended up requesting a switch of rooms - therefore lost the "view" I paid for 5. Did not like the use of the premises by non-residents in the evenings

The staff were really friendly. They made you feel at home.

When the lights went off, there was no back up solar lights in the whole lodge

Great place. Very peaceful atmosphere and lovely staff. I felt entirely at home. Would highly recommend it.
