GBIt was available as we had booked a different place beforehand but was unable to enter
No communal area and being able to hear the other guests in the other rooms

No where to sit in sunshine . No lounge / or central area for day time tea time etc .parking was a nightmare so not as it looks at the time when booking. Pictures are misleading . Hotels and most air b and b supply towels when staying over night. A list gets sent once booked of rules ie no parking on the drive which in the summer is so bad and no off road parking was available . Neighbour very possessive with bollards outside
GBThe property was in an excellent location, a stones throw from the beach and walking distance to a great local pub. The property itself was well designed, comfortable and fully equipped for a short break.
Notes on the wall all around the property, would prefer to have read these in a visitors book. Nothing else.

GBThe location just 100m from the beach and a breakfast 5 minutes walk away was superb. I have seldom come across a cleaner property and the overall stay was good subject to the niggles I mention below. Instructions are comprehensive for the various systems and well presented throughout the property. We loved the easy to use blinds and the kitchen was superbly equipped although we had no need of it!
The bed linen was not to my taste, It had a velour quality which is too soft and warm for me, There was no fixed mirror in the cramped bathroom for shaving, the basin is also too small for big headed people to clean their teeth over the basin resulting in drips on the floor!! The toilet was a little cramped and the seat was very wobbly.
GBGBI had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location is great quiet, yet close to everything you might need. I would definitely come back!
