Perfect location for a beach stay. Really nice drive, and very clean and spacious. Really friendly host on WhatsApp.

The mattress in the double room was very old and had zero structure to it. Every time my partner moved I was bounced around, the springs had completely gone. The kids bedroom mattresses were much better. The bed sheets were a very poor fabric, polyester blanket like rather than standard cotton. They're not breathable, which isn't very pleasant to sleep in, and the duvet was basic polyester. The shower tray is very shallow, meaning that water overflows onto the floor and we had to mop it up with one of our own towels. It's frustrating when you pay alot of money to sleep somewhere and whilst the sleeping set up looks pretty, its heavily overlooked on comfort and quality.

It was very clean. Excellent location ok for a couple of nights. Botany Bay Hotel and pub not far away which was good to be able to eat out. Overall it was suitable for what we needed. One of the bedrooms was really for children.

No lounge area. Limited cooking facilities. Disappointed with the garden area. Was surprised to be sharing the accommodation. Had its own front door but the family live in the rest of the house and there is another air Bnb that shares the garden. My own fault as I didn't really read the reviews.

The close situation to the bay, very clean and very comfortable bed. We were able to contact owner easily. We had good weather.

We probably would prefer more cooking facilities but we were told what there was. A hob would help us if we stayed longer.

The location is clean and situated just 100 m from an entrance to a beautiful sandy beach between white cliffs. But other expectations, raised by the announcements, have been disappointed. The holiday home is not a single house, but a small flat in the owners house. You can only see the Sea by looking through/over parking cars - and not the beach. The so called terrace or outdoor dining area with sea view is in reality the parking area infront of the house (without furniture) beside the bins. The so called patio is indeed a backyard, a narrow space between house walls, you possibly have to share with six guests of the neighbour Hideaway Cottage. The little flat has only two bed rooms. There is no lounge or sitting room, no sofa, no armchair, no table to sit together, no space to use the many board games without sitting on the floor. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, impossible to prepare a meal for a familiy. Even in cold nights the heating is out of function. The only possibility to watch TV is lying in bed. Not suitable for days with bad wheather. That’s not the standard you usually may expect from booking.com.

I loved the location, the place is very clean, there is alot of toys and board games, the place is so quiet and is very safe to walk at night. Shower and toilet was nice. The host was very helpful and nice.

We can hear the host and her family next door we can even hear their arguments that made my friend and I very uncomfortable, we couldn't even play our music because the host and her family are too close to us. The house is very cold as the thermostat or any of the device are not working, the WiFi or the TV are not even working so at night it became so boring for the both of us, there was also no signal for some reason so we couldn't even use our data and couldn't contact my boss who was calling me.
