GBThe location was fantastic, being a short walk away from the main entrance to Botany Bay Beach, the local restaurant right near the beach also made a great place for an evening cocktail.
The lack of lounge and the fact it was a shared house to the owner. No problems at all but if I could choose I would prefer otherwise. The lack of parking could also potentially be an issue but I was lucky to always be able to find a spot on the street.

the place wasn't very well heated and the lack of any communal sitting area (which we were warned about) was a little frustrating - we think the second bedroom could easily be converted to a living room with a sofa-bed.

The shower facility is very poor. The shower basin is very shallow (about 1-2 cm deep) and as a result the water tends to overflow .For example, natural hair loss to the basin could cause the water to overflow.There is a sign asking the guests to comb their hair before going into the shower, which is a big sign of their drainage problems. The note also said a penalty of £250 is chargeable if drainage unblocking service is required. The note did not mention anything about sands. As we found out later, we had to use an outdoor shower to rinse off the sands. Even though the shower was warm, a little breeze could make you feel really chill. This was particularly unpleasant for little ones.
