The room layout, space size.

Mold, meldew, rest , dirty carpet. Cleaners knock tye door at 10:00 AM , parking stsrts charging extra 10:01 , checking at Security desk ,what a service mix. Pool ,hot tub.. not working...

It was close to the beach

One bed was broke and the room Has roaches , you couldn’t get towels or Trash bag from front desk

Location was great and the valet parking was really effective

The entry door knob moved keeping the door open at moments, dead bolt doesn’t work. Bathroom not clean hairs all over walls, bathtub, sink also towels were hairy. Called administrator said she would send someone no one ever arrived.

Room was great and big enough for 4 of us and view was amazing. Location was fabulous and not far to drive into South Beach where all the action is. Lola from the rental company was extremely helpful and friendly.

Room just could do with a little tlc but overall a great stay and good value.
