It was a bad bad experience, we had to move to another hotel. The apartment was dirty, with cockroaches and many things that were broken. It had a bad smell and humidity. No soap, no dish soap. They do not provide anything for guests. Unfriendly reception. Time consuming and complicated to perform a verification. The best thing was that the power went out and the staff gave different versions of what happened, from a child playing removing the power cord, to the fact that the area was without power, etc., etc. etc. Finally I don't recommend it at all.

L&D staff were great. Castle Beach Hotel staff had no idea what was going on. The valet company was a mess.

Apartment we were in was not at all what was described or what was shown in some of the sample photos online while booking. Furniture was extremely old and worn, there were old pieces of furniture and tv's stacked in a corner of the living room area. We had to kill SEVERAL bugs, but were unsure what they were. No one explained how the property worked, I was told that they had been trying to call and email me, but I never received any calls or emails. And on our last day there was a pretty good storm that came through and water began pouring in through the ceiling in the living room. We had to use our cooler to catch the water. The apartment is in desperate need of some TLC, paint chipping off the walls, toilets running constantly, carpet worn and torn on the stairway, one of my kids got their foot tangled in it and almost fell down the stairs. The property has a nice beach on site, and a basic pool. Luckily we spent so much time outside touring the city that we didn't have to spend much time in the room........don't think we will be returning to this property though.

I do like the location I do like the ocean fronts I like the room was extremely big plenty of space. a little outdated but it has a lot of potential. The building is in a great location not too far from anything

I wish there was better communication between the owner of the apartment and the building security/ customer service meaning the owner of the apartment head out information I needed but I had needed to receive it from the security and they had no clue what I was talking about then the security doesn't know the proper procedure to get valet so that was the issue between them two. Even though the apartment is big and spacious it's time for facelift it's time to paint it's time to redecorate and remodel just a little bit I felt like I was in the'90s hotel room. but with a little upgrade it'll be really really awesome. I guess the housekeeping forgot to leave us some wash rags we had towels but nothing to wash with the front desk Securities stated I needed to contact my host and I'm like housekeeping is right outside my room like that makes no sense

There was a lot of room and sleeping beds, everything was great about the stay.
