The staff in the main lobby (not polite, like they are forced to work there).

The check in process is a nightmare, the people on the front desk are so rude (looks like they don’t wanna work there) the place is dirty, the elevator is so f confusing.

It was right on the beach.

The property is inside an old hotel. When you get to the front desk they have no clue who you are because they deal mainly with hotel guests. They have to then call the owner get approval and send you on your way. The place was trashed. I don’t think the carpet has even been vacuumed. There are holes and stains in the carpet everywhere. The towels they left were old and ragged. We didn’t have enough for everyone in our party and it was hell trying to get ahold of the owners to get more towels. The front door had been kicked in several times and shut funny and was extremely hard to lock. The toilets didn’t flush right and had to be plunged several times. Down stairs they have an area where you can rent bikes, jet skis, cars… this is the same rental company and so we were excited and rented jet skis! They took us out on a boat way out in the water and demanded we pay them cash money. After taking us to a plat form in the middle of no where there were 2 broke down jet skis and needless to say we ended up back on shore not ridding jet skis and no money back! I did speak to the police who said they are BIG scammers and they are building a case on this company. The police also advised that we should pack our bags and leave that place because they are known to get broke into often. These people are scammers!

Very spacious and in a good location

The room was old, run down, carpet was filthy and showers/ tubs were yellowed. The washing machine didn't work (just made clothes soaking wet) and the dryer barely worked (was extremely noisy). Check in was complicated, it was difficult to find a staff member that knew what was going on. No coffee, tea, or dishwasher detergent was provided. The lift was easy to get stuck in. Paint was peeling off the walls in a number of places. There was no WiFi and when I emailed to ask about this I got no response.
