Everything is ok except the transportation going there

The foods are nice

Staff are very helpful.

Stairs from parking to the resort is a challenge. Close to impossible for Senior citizens and PWD. Food is good but can be better. It is also pricey. Rooms are spacious with adequate aircon. Toilets and bathrooms are ok with warm water. Some of the structures need repainting/ reconstructing like the pool bar. There is no curfew imposed. Some of the guests were loud and partying even after 1am. This is not ideal for other guests that need to relax.

Breakfast location by the beach is nice

Price is high for the location. Its not child and elderly friendly. Stairs going to the resort is too long and steep for them. You have to carry your own luggage. Well they found a vehicle for them upon check out but we were made to pay extra and the drive took them 30minutes from the cottage to the back-entrance. We wene not informed of this long wait. Beach is full of washed corals, not the kind whre you can just lay down, play, and swim. Understaffed too. No one to attend to us after 6pm.

We stayed in the beach cabana the rooms were very nice. We had Daryl as our Butler, the service was the best.

We have no complaints. It was a great stay.

While the location and site were picturesque it was also very remote, isolated and difficult to get to. The staff were friendly and obliging and the food presented by the chef was fresh, tasty and of good quality. The jungle like gardens were well maintained and attractive but paths and stairways somewhat dangerous and treacherous. Where it failed to deliver was the rooms and facilities attached to them being run down and weathered. The air-conditioning was adequate but ceiling fans would be a welcome addition. Activities were limited and possibly better suited to young and more adventurous people. The pool and setting was quite good but most of the bar facilities were past their use by date. Being relatively vacant made for little to know atmosphere or vibe and might be better suited to large group to make cost effective and guarantee a more vibrant atmosphere.

The staff is so welcoming and polite. The beach is calm and peaceful. The food is plenty and really delicious Special thanks to Roony the butler. He is the best !!!! The pool is deep And the variety of animals are wonderful.

The location is a bit far and isolated A little more care for the maintenance in the area will be more comfortable
