The staff,the food, the scenery the accommodation

The cat 🐈 it was a stray and not the fault of the resort but staff took care of it immediately when it was brought to there attention

Very natural, lots of plants, trees and birds. Very quiet and private. Very clean. The staff esp our “personal butler” are exceptional.

Getting to the resort was a little far than we expected - about 40 minutes with some rough roads. Need to take steep stairs to get to the rooms and beach area.

The geese are a bit scary, ut the rest of the animals are great to admire.

We arrived a day earlier than anticipated, they were generous enough to get us settled in a different room and give us 5 star treatment. The owner came to our room to personally inspect it. We stayed here because we couldn't find any availability at pearl-farm, which I had stayed at a few years back and loved. Now I don't understand why anyone would stay at pearl-farm over this place. This is a better resort, hands-down. The food is much better, the service is much better, and it is far prettier than pearl-farm. If it hadn't been for me being sick and desparately needing wifi from bed, the stay would have been perfect.

Absolutely terrible wi-fi. Crowds of people late at night huddled around the office trying to get internet access. The owner really needs a mesh wifi access system like nighthawk by netgear. They need some professional help to ensure every room has some minimum standard of connectivity. All they would need to do is connect the master router to the starlink network and put an access point in each room. This was particularly important for me as I was sick with a high fever for several days and could do nothing but watch TV. I had to make some important phone calls, and had no choice but to leave my room. I won't forget shivering from a high fever sitting on the stairway outside the office in the early morning talking to my insurance company. At one point, I got significantly more-ill due to being out of bed just because I couldn't access wifi from the room and it was critical for me to coordinate with my mother for our plans after leaving the resort. For a place with such stellar 5-star service and beauty, the lack of adequate wifi definitely impacted our happiness.

I did not arrive and stay in the accommodation. I gave up because of bad comments and reviews from other guests and for security reasons
