The host was very helpful and friendly! The apartment was very close to the mini metro which was a plus! Easy to get to the city!

The apartment was noisy at times probably due to being close to a big city. Otherwise it was a lovely place and the host was always available.

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a Booking.com referral! Our hostess Valentina met us as we got off the train and greeted us with hugs. She helped us by carrying my wife's bag up & down train station stairs. She had a bottle of wine and a dish of chocolate waiting for us. Beautiful flat She has decorated with antiques. Checked on us every day, gave us travel & restaurant suggestion and drove us to the train station on our last day. She enjoys what she does and it's obvious. She became a friend. Couldn't have asked for more, but if we had she would have tried without hesitation . Too good to be true? That's what we thought, but it was true!

The apartment was located in a housing complex. It is close to the train station and mini rail. The apartment room is very well appointed with everything provided for. Private & safe car parking is also provided for.

Comodità per raggiungere il centro, proprio a due passi dalla mini metro. Apprezzatissima l'acqua in frigo e alcuni dolcetti per la colazione. The special thing about this apartment is the fact that you are welcomed by a real hostess, the owner of the apartment. You will not lose your temper because of disinterested and arrogant agency representatives. The hostess Valentina tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Valentina. The apartment is clean, comfortable and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is air-conditioned. The photos and description show the real condition of the apartment. The bathroom is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, with 2 pillows of different hardness. There is a minimetro and bus station nearby, and a supermarket is across the street.

Valentina has the perfect apartment for all your needs! So spacious & comfortable but she has also included so many extras in the kitchen, bathroom & great pillows. So knowledgeable about Perugia & Assisi with helpful suggestions, highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay.
