必要なものが全て揃っています。キッチン、冷蔵庫、エアコン、洗濯機、熱いお湯が出るシャワー、ドライヤー、滞在分のタオル類、etc…私たちは駅を出る順を間違えてだいぶ迷ってしまいましたが、ヴァレンティーナさんの旦那さまと姪御さまが暑い中待っていてくれました。おまけに水のボトルもいただいて助かりました。メッセージも頻繁にくれるので安心感もありました。

何もありません。道に迷わなければすぐに着きます。ただ、早朝は教えてもらったホームから直結の出口が閉まっているので、それだけ注意が必要です。

Well you can't find places like this these days, where you can get a heartwarming welcome from a real native host. Valentina is everything you can hope for a great host, who really cares about your stay. She is certified home rent service provider, so you don't have to worry about anything-which sometimes happens with shady airbnbs. Of course the place itself was wonderful too. A spacious apartment, clean and equipped with everything. I particularly liked the bathroom, with sufficient water pressure. Location is also another strong point of Valentina's place. Its just a few minutes away from train station and minimetro(which connects you to the city center in a moment). We stayed for the Umbria Jazz festival and while the city center it's party all night I was able to have a quiet night to recharge myself. I wholeheartedly recommend.

I like the communication and the service! I stayed here with my daughter 6 years, and we both had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was peaceful, safe, and cozy—just perfect for a little getaway. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host, Valentine. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to meet hosts who care this much. From thoughtful check-ins to helpful recommendations, Valentine was just outstanding. If you're thinking about booking this place—do it! Absolutely top choice to stay in Perugia. The apartment possesses everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotless clean, which also was important for us. The location is a plus as you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes thanks to Minimetro (the nearest station is in 7 minutes walking from the apartment). The hosts are really welcoming and nice people. Communication with them was easy and pleasant. They let us know a lot of interesting facts about the city, shared some navigation tips, and also provide with their recommendations about the best local restaurants. Absolutely great experience making your stay in Perugia cozy and comfortable.

Just about everything. The delightful Valentina met us at the property and let us in and explained everything that we needed to know. Secure parking in basement. 5 minute walk to mini metro which takes you into Perugia for E1.50. Comfortable, cosy, clean... We've done a lot of travelling and this was easily in our top ten of apartments. Excellent.

We disliked the fact that we only booked one night. We should have stayed longer.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean and whilst not in the very centre, it's less than 5 minutes walk to the fun mini-metro which is a unique ride in itself and you're in the centre very quickly. You won't find underground secure parking in a better location. Valentina our host was very communicative, check in was clear and she gave us lots of helpful local advice. We would definitely stay again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Valentina is a wonderful host! So helpful and always ready to answer any questions and give suggestions. The apartment has everything you need, also a kitchen where we could make our own meals. It's close to the train station and mini metro so it's easy and fast to get into the old center. There was also a private car box in the underground garage of the building so we could leave our car there safely. Thank you Valentina for being so helpful!
