Huge respect and many thanks to Valentina - she is the best host I've ever seen!!! Her care for us was absolutely incredible! Nice big appartments with all what you need. And if you need something more - Valentina will help you! :) Strongly recommended.

The apartment was modern inside with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Valentina was an excellent host. She made us feel most welcome. She gave us a large bottle of water and some lovely wine and special chocolates. She explained where we could find the station, the minimetro and supermarket. She provided us with a map of the city and suggested to us the best places to go. She was very knowledgeable. She also messaged us every day on WhatsApp to ask how we were doing and if we needed everything.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely property in Perugia. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions on foot. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The charming decor and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems around the city, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a central, comfortable place to stay in Perugia!

Valentina is a super host! Very helpful and with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, including photos. The apartment is very clean, comfortable bed and is well set up. Lovely addition of Baci chocolates, coffee and some pastries.

Nice flat located nearly train station and Mini Metro, location easy accessible by car, very friendly owners, private parking in underground (parking box), quiet place

Everything was perfect

Excellent location. Walking distance to trai and mini metro. It has everything you need to stay comfortable. The host was exceptional. She was super accommodating and helpful. Will return anytime we go back to Perugia.

All was fine

Great apartment, spacey, clean and fully equipped, with good access to the beautiful historical center of Perugia and ideally situated for day trips in Umbria. But above all, really fantastic hosts, warm, involved and very helpful. They known everything about Perugia and its culture, and are more than happy to share it. Thanks Valentina and Francesco!!

Fantastic apartment for two people. Very well equipped. Owners Valentina and Francesco were lovely and very helpful. Good location with easy access into the centre via the minimetro. Also had underground parking.

Valentina is an excellent host with great communication and care for the client. Her accommodation is in excellent condition and so clean. The location is so central to the train station which is a bonus but if you drive there’s even underground parking. We highly recommend this BnB and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you for everything.
