Very good location to start the , balcony hike in the early morning. Fantastic view from the property. The owner was very helpful and his wife prepared dinner and breakfast, which was delicious.

The location is nice. Good view from the top behind the property. Please note that this is a remote location. It is not easy to find it; ask the owner to pinpoint it via whatsapp beforehand.

The owner showed us the direction to the building, but didn't come with us. We had to find out ourselves. The rooms are very sparsely decorated. Just two chairs and a small table for two rooms. The warm water tap didn't work, the owner had to turn on a remote pump. The owner offered to bring dinner, which is nice given the remote location without restaurants. But he greatly overcharged us for it (initially 20 rial, managed to get this down). Be certain to agree on a fair price beforehand. Please note that at least in winter time it will be too cold outside to have dinner there, or an early breakfast. But an early breakfast will be difficult nevertheless as 8.00 is already too early for the owner to bring the breakfast.

Location

Perfect place for family or group that wants to stay close enough to Jabel Shams and the Balcony walk. You have planty of space, perfect sunset view just outside the house and goats for company. It is arou d 30 minutes drive from the Balcony walk. Close to the house is a small local coffee shop with good Omani sandwiches. Very friendly owner will bring you breakfast in the morning. I recommend this place.

•The location was really nice, you will be able to enjoy excellent weather and views especially sunset and sunrise. •All facilities were available like water geyser, heaters, electric kettle, microwave, stove, utensils, bbq grill, tissue boxes, etc. • cleanliness is well maintained in all aspects. If you have plan to do bonfire, make sure to bring your own wood.

Authentic place to stay, nice to sit outside, food was provided, brought to the location and was really delicious. Great sunset view!

The location is good for those who wants to be a way from people.

The bed were too hard and there is no family hall. ONLY 2 separate ROOMS . The kitchen was also outside attached with rooms.
