GBReally really lovely stay. The staff were brilliant. We had lunch and breakfast which were extremely tasty. Accommodation was very very comfortable and warm and plenty of tea making facilities.

The room was £95 inches a very small English breakfast could have done with a bit more for a hungry man. The shower was good but the tv was the smallest I’ve seen in a very long time the wardrobe had no doors on it was basic but comfortable for a solo man but too basic really if you’re looking for something modern or quaint say for a nice trip away Dinner was ok nice pie not much in the way of accompaniments. Beer was good

GBLocation good and easy to find from main road. Bed comfy and good tea/coffee facilities. Good food in pub however a bit basic.
Shower not very warm. All a bit tired, bedding looked off colour and all needed a refurb. Breakfast very minimal and all pre cooked/not very warm.

I was the only resident in the hotel. No staff on duty when I arrived. Had to get someone to text me the code to gain access to the accommodation when I arrived in the dark and rain. No facilities for meal, so had to find a local takeaway. Breakfast was due to begin at 7:45 the next morning. Apparently the chef/cook hadn't been told there were any guests so someone had to be called in at the last minute to cater for my breakfast needs, which after a long delay, I was served at around 8:30.
GBThe staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂 great chats throughout our 2 day stay. The food was delicious and of good quality. You must have a pie. Breakfast really 👍good choice. Nothing a problem if you asked for something added. Rooms clean and comfortable and plenty of space. Deep comfortable carpets. Very old quirky inn, situated in a very pretty town square. Close to longleat , we chose this location because we visited the light festival,
Decor of the bedroom could be refreshed. Because the room was large, the heating could have been on a bit longer (personal choice).
GBVery nice place. All very friendly. Nice & clean. Lovely evening meal. Very good value for the room. Would definitely go again if in the area.
Down side if you've got electric car nowhere to charge.
