1 Bedroom Birmingham City Centre Apartment

The style and spacious ness of the apartment was everything 2 people could have needed and close city location.

I wasn’t happy with the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the door wasn’t securely shut properly due to the floor board being half ripped up, I also noticed the back left leg of the sofa hanging off which wasn’t ideal as we didn’t want to sit on it and break it further

Was clean and great location

It was comfortable! Quiet, nicely decorated, good area, quite spacious and has everything you need its a lovely apartment! The host (Eleanor) is amazing and always super helpful!

The door handle was kinda broken and the flooring wasn’t laid properly by the door so it was really hard to get in and out of the apartment, It took about 10mins each time to get the door shut when i had to leave to go somewhere which was really frustrating! Other then that everything els was fine.

It was on the ground floor with a balcony The sofa was comfy even though it didn't look it Netflix account was set up Good for a solo /couple accommodation

There were stains on the bath gaps of the frame. Didn't notice it until in the shower and looked down. Cutlery was dirty, and there was no sponge provided with the liquid to wash up the dishes Both bathroom sink and kitchen sink were clogged up and took a while for the water to drain. The towels provided had stains The bottom of the front door has the seal coming g away and the door handle was losenas well as hard to lock and unlock. There was no bath mat to step out of the shower to avoid puddles on the floor - I had to use one of the towels as a base. Alot of music amd noise in the area A girl decided to have a full blown rant right outside the balcony (as situated by an exit into the carpark) and when asking them to have their conversation elsewhere she continued her rant for another hour (some girl commented on something and ranting girl has kids and doesn't the other girl understand blah blah). Contacting the 'staff' on arrival and asking asking a call back - I didn't recieve one, the following day I asked for a call back again to cover myself for parking. He provided mis-leading information. Said you could find off-s8de parking but failed to mention the permits in place.

Very clean and open space

The sofa appeared to be broke and temporarily fixed therefore we didn’t sit on it! Wi-Fi was impossible to set up and messaging the staff did not help as no reply. Having to collect the keys from the local shop

Very clean, loved the location easy access to town central. Friendly people around area and over all very convenient.
