Leaving the place

The room did not have a sofa bed as desceibed, the bed mattress you could feel all the springs and had to sleep on lounge. They said would come with extra mattress top but never did, they wanted to charge me 500baht to move rooms. I asked why I had to pay given that their room was bad mattress and they never showed up the second night to fix. They told me to leave and put the key on table so I did. You have to wait atleast 10mins or more for an elevator and the little lobby area is like a sauna. I would never stay here again. But to be asked to leave less than 48 hours into my stay because theybl had bad mattress and attitude beware of this host. My back and hips are still sore. Stay elsewhere.

公寓外面环境和地理位置还不错

1房间内设施都很差，特别是洗衣机和热水器。洗衣机感觉没有20年，也有10年了。热水器巨小无比，只能出温水。 2房间很小 3在门卫处要求房间主人来接，电话打不通，发信息不回，在烈日下至少等了半个小时 4说到底还是性价比太低，这个房间我付了2800多泰铢，570人民币啊。游泳池没去，体验真的太差了，没心情去 5还有就是以后不会用booking了，不仅贵，而且定这家公寓时，显示132人民币（用小体灰字加了需要其他费用），付款界面突然要加400多其他费用。习惯使然，直接付了，然后提示不能退款，要退还要再付129人民币。

Apartment requires an update; painting at the very least. It is on a par with a lower end 3* hotel. Required also: replacement light bulbs, fixing of leak to toilet spray hose. The apartment is next to the lift shaft.I heard the noise of the lift running day & night. There is no net curtain in the bedroom. The place was dirty in places & I had to clean it myself. The bed mattress is very hard. Compared to the similar apartment I stayed at last time in block B on level 5, it is no where near the standard.

I paid the deposit 1500 baht and I don’t get it back

Especially the owner, he is so rude

There was nothing wrong with the place it was nice, clean and tidy.

Trying to get into the building from the start was a right faff. The security will not let you in without the owners sending you a message with the details of the room you are in. I tried calling the number given to me multiple times that is suposed to help but they would not answer and when somebody finaly did answer, (after hanging up multiple times) they were of almost no help. I did finaly get a text through with my details but it took a lomg time of standing about outside the hotel waiting very angry and frustrated

Nothing, location was good

Room was a tiny to say the least. Bed uncomfortable, lounge uncomfortable Balcony door wouldn't lock, load doors banging all the time. Checked out after 1 night, booked 5

Price problems with shower waiting around for a key, the condos are not for daily rent there meant to be long term tenants and if caught get kicked out
