The women in the check in.She could not communicate at all,and was rude.We tryed translate to thai,but she was not interested/could not read.Wery rude. And check out.A man locked himself into our room 11.02 We thought check out was 12... He gave us 10 min to pack,very rude.. You need to work on costumer service,for sure.. I will remember this of the Hotel,and not the Hotel...
