low cost, close to everything

There is no concierge, no instructions in the apartment. No instructions for Media all of which had been set up in Russian or Chinese. Kitchen walls grease stained, broken light fitting in living room. Broken light bulbs in bathroom. No complimentary tea, coffee and milk which should be standard. An invoice for 200 baht for water was left in the apartment. Free parking was offered but we had to pay on top for it to the Security and the owner is a rude person with poor communication skills.

The room was too small. The bed is too small The bed linen is a joke

Charged 1000 bht for parking when advertised free on booking.com Condo small and old needs updating furniture old and in disrepair Pool freezing all the time with no changing facilities so have to walk back to room in wet clothes

Requested early check in agent late, requested late check out emailed confirmation ok and no charge, agent tried charme late check out fee and I had to check out early, bedding poor, no water in room on arrival poor communication agent

the property was very well situated for me and where I want to be middle of 2nd road. the security at the site was first class Rooms were fine and had a small balcony

I wasn’t keen on the no maid service but found out you could pay extra something to take note of for my next trip, although for bed linen their is a small washing machine in the balcony
