For Students Only - Little Patrick Street in Belfast

Clean and tidy. Central to cathedral quarter. £20 each a night. Great shower facilities

Lacking in some facilities. Only one roll of toilet roll-which is my mistake I should have thought twice about what to pack. Also did not bring glasses or mugs or anything but staff were very helpful and able to lend us most of what we needed. Was able to get washing up liquid, bin bags etc in home bargains while doin our food shop for our trip! Easily sorted

I like this accomodation and the bed is big enough for me and my friends.

Just the noises when using hot water. I didn't expect it and there was no hair dryer.

Good value for money, close to centre

Not very clean eg door handles around property were dirty. No utensils in kitchens so hard for people only staying a couple days/a week as it’s impractical to buy a pan, washing up liquid etc. Washing machines and dryers were not working for a couple days and staff were not particularly helpful in terms of providing any solutions.

It was clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and willing to help you.

You cannot find other accomendations cheaper than Little Patrick, so there is not room to complain.

Great location and price. Friendly staff. Great for uni students looking for a cheap place to stay! Excellent value for money.

You can’t store your luggage there, which I do understand because it’s primarily student accommodation. But just worth being aware of.

1. This place charges GBP 50 for cleaning fees, but ask you to take out your own trash! First time I ever encountered this in my life. It was a total joke. 2. Do I get a clean room though? No, I can't see myself clearly in the bathroom mirror. The cleaner obviously doesn't know how to clean mirror. 3. Worst mattress ever, I can feel every spring inside the mattress. This place doesn't worth the money at all and if I ever visit Belfast again, I will AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
