First room needed to be changed due to a drainage problem with the shower. Awful smell. The staff were very good and moved us to another available room.

The bed was very squeeky. And the extracted fan in shower wasn’t working. Teething problems we think as everything looked brand new.

Lovely staff and everything was really well done. The room had everything we needed, clean and we couldn't knock the quality. Breakfast was just right and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the pub and the stay.

We got a parking ticket in Tucker Street carpark! Completely our fault. Still best value for all day parking to visit Wells.

Really tasteful and thoughtfully decorated pub/ restaurant areas. Our bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. Lovely ambience throughout.

There was no breakfast available but good provisions for tea/coffee in the room and small details like a coffee press and fresh milk which were great . Plenty of space in the bedroom and nicely decorated.

I had to carry a very heavy suitcase down a fire escape in the morning when I left as the pub was closed and there was no one around to help. Had been travelling a while so had a lot of luggage.

Really well thought out room, very comfortable but rather warm. Staff very good.

Problems with the window! Once open it was almost impossible to close. Needs attention
