Beautifully presented and very comfortable bed

The price included breakfast but only on the Friday morning. Breakfast is not included in the price Monday- Thursday. The price per night should reflect this as the hotel would have scored 100% if the excellent continental breakfast was served every morning

"Great hotel, offering superb food, ale and nice comfy bed."

Great location for Wells town centre and also to get taxi for the Pilton Party which was only a few miles away. Check in was seemless esp as we got there earlier than planned. Lunch was great (recommend the Korean chicken wings!), staff super friendly and chatty without being too much. Continental breakfast the following morning was superb too, fresh and tasty. The pub and dining area was really well decorated, classy and modern without losing the charchter of the building.

If we'd stayed more than one night a larger room would have been preferred, but for an overnight was perfect. Wish we'd stayed another night.

What a lovely find this hotel was. Very smart boutique hotel. Bar and staff were amazing and very attentive. Food was lovely. Room was very clean and everything was provided. Top spec toilet rolls, tea and coffee and shower gel, shampoo/conditoner. Short 10 min walk into town which is worth a look. Continental brekkie was all you could ask for and eat as much as you wanted too. Only ask would be biscuits in your room to go with the tea/coffee. Would definitely return again.

Great on site team and lovely room, very nice decor and facility. A real gem of a find.

Nothing, it did not have parking but there is public, very safe parking about 75 mtrs away. Nothing to not like about this hotel.
