Me encantó la comodidad, el precio, ubicación del hotel, lo limpio y bonito de las instalaciones. Es uno de los mejores hoteles en Puerto Vallarta, las hbaitaciones VIP con vista al mar, tienen las mejores vistas sobre todo al atardecer.

Considero que podrían mejorar el bufet del restaurante, había muy pocas opciones de comida, muchos zancudos y demasiado calor en el restaurante.

Room was better than advertised with a terrific ocean view. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests.

Wasn't informed of all the perks included in my purchase when I checked in.

Fridge did not work correctly, put in a bottle of wine on min setting wine was frozen upon our return 4hrs later. Waited at least 20 mins for hot water to replenished for tea from the lobby Room was not made up although the please make room sign was placed on the door, returned to room at 4.30pm. Breakfast for $300 peso had no bacon, hash brown, toaster did not work, and service was poor

Bertha and her team at the beachfront adult only tower. Vista Pier is excellent.

The hotel has gone through some changes separating into two options, family style with all you can eat drinks and buffet or beach tower, à la carte private pool, private Palapa area and amenities. The beach front has the best view that’s where we stay.
