La ubicación es muy buena, al salir estás en la playa, eso es bastante bueno.

Al hacer el check-in no se informó que se necesitaba compensar si se perdía la pulsera, muy malo. En el contrato hay una línea de letra muy pequeña que indica que si se pierde la pulsera se debe pagar una compensación de 2000 pesos. A todos los que se alojen, no pierdan la pulsera.

Fantastic location, just steps to everything! Very friendly, hard working staff! Quite clean overall! Stayed on the newer "adults only" side which has the newer ocean front suites and it's own pool area! Liked the more quite vibe compared to the other side which was quite busy but still charming!

Barely anything we didn't like!

Excellent location right on the beach. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the street with a peek-a-boo view of the bay. The all inclusive meals (and drinks on the beach!) were good.

The WiFi doesn’t extend to the rooms. This was really frustrating. Also, the bathrooms closest to the beach were stinky. They need better air flow and the trash cans need to be emptied more often.
