Extremely dirty. One room has a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling started to appeared growing mold.

the bathroom and bedroom need a complete renovation. Old fashioned cupboard, no dresser- tiles in the bathroom were chipped and missing grout Switches for the table lights was touch and go- very dicey

Location is right on the pier and beach. Bed was comfortable. Noise was not terrible. Staff was wonderful, especially during the car/bus/store burning situation.

My room was very old and tired. The hotel was built in 1970 and I don't know that much changed in my room since 1970. Bathroom sink did not drain and leaked below, shower allowed sewer gas smell into the room, faucets were kinda falling out of the wall. Chairs, table, lamps very worn out. AC just has an on switch and no thermostat although ac was very powerful/loud so I only used for 5-10 minutes and it was enough. I would have immediately left if I knew there were other properties with rooms available; my stay was also very short. There are 4 pools on the property but 3 very dated. The nicest pool is part of some more exclusive club area. The property should have been $50 per night for the room problems/age.

The staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and most of all the treatment to my family they went above and beyond for us to have a great time in our vacation 😊 Food was great 😊 love the variety of everyday buffet, waiters very friendly, facilities very clean, my room was spacious and quiet which I love it 🥰 I got to rest when it was time to sleep. My girls felt safe been on their own been in the pool and patios. I recommend this place 💯 great staff!!
