Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Kitchen was dirty. One of our rooms had a strong mould smell. Parasols covered in mould and did not feel happy to use the pool.

El trato es inmejorable, la familia que regenta el alojamiento es muy amable y atenta. Gracias Wayan, Aldi y familia por ayudarnos con todo durante la estancia.

Algunas habitaciones tienen unos baños con instalaciones ya viejas que necesitan una remodelación.

Dostačující ubytování blízko centra Ubudu. Kousek od hotelu půjčovna skútrů a spousta restaurací. Personál byl příjemný, ochotný a chystal každý den snídani. Snídani bylo možné vybrat ze 4 možností. Postel byla příjemná a čistá.

Celý hotel je už celkem starý, nejvíce to jde vidět na koupelně - vana byla rezavá, netekla moc teplá voda a koupelna nebyla celkově moc čistá a smrděla.

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das Bett war ebenfalls ganz okay. Kontakt mit dem Betreiber per WhatsApp war auch sehr gut. Lage war ruhig und man konnte sehr schnell einen Grab-Fahrer finden.

Das Badezimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber, die Dusche hatte keinen Druck und hatte am letzten Tag nur noch getropft. Die Ausstattung war ingesamt eher rudimentär und etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Het personeel was fantastisch! Zulke lieve mensen. De actieprijs was erg laag, dachten we, maar wel passend bij het gebodene.

De kamers zijn heel erg basic en gedateerd. Onze kamer stonk zelfs een beetje. De locatie ligt verder van het centrum dan we van te voren ingeschat hadden. De foto's op de website passen niet helemaal bij de werkelijkheid.

Nice and clean outdoor area, which ended up overshadowing even some major downsides. The breakfast was tasty – the pancakes were excellent. A plus was the option to rent a scooter for 100k (we got a better deal – 90k because we rented it for 5 days). The staff were friendly. Wi-Fi was great. The location is close to the center and not in huge ttaffic jams.

However, we were welcomed by a terrible smell of mold and dampness. The bed was so soaked with it that my pajamas smelled, and I kept waking up at night because of the odor and damp feeling. After three days, we managed to air it out a bit – we asked others and it seemed to be a problem especially in the ground floor rooms near the kitchen. The shared kitchen was in bad shape – at least by normal European standards, that’s how I’d describe it. Considering there were three staff members preparing breakfast each morning, the kitchen looked very neglected. Cleaning consisted of sweeping the floor and making the bed. The bathroom looked the same the entire week – meaning it wasn’t cleaned.

Good location, nice people.

The place looks and feels a bit tired. The room we got was much more simple than in the pictures.
