"Superb"

The staff went above and beyond helping us with activities, taxi’s, and recommendations. The pool was lovely, the beds comfortable, and the location was only around 10-15 minutes to ubud centre. Would recommend highly.

"I wouldn’t go there anymore, just stayed because I felt too tired to find another place."

The stuff was mainly friendly and supportive. The fee reasonable.

The original room had a moldy air (probably coming frome the AC); so I asked for another one: it was better, but the bathroom still moldy. The description and the photos let me expect a natureous and spacy place, it was not. The description „entire villa“ was definitely a lie! because I had a simple room only with shared terasse.

The host /owner was very good came to pick up from hotel & owner arranged a trip around ubud

The accommodation was advertised as a superior villa with private pool and hot tub ,but was a large room with a bath in the bathroom , bathroom covered in ants and had a strong smell of urine around the toilet on the tiled floor, shared pool with other guests. No lounge area and far away from any facilities need to get taxi to main ubud area

"The stay was absolutely excellent – ideally located, while the host and all the people working there were very helpful"

We really liked the location of the accommodation. It is close to the center of Ubud, but still located in a very quiet area. The room was clean and well equipped. We were able to choose what to get for breakfast from a small „menu“ and it was freshly prepared.

We couldn’t close the Bathroom Door properly and were not opaque.

The family was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Really great price for what you get here. We enjoyed our stay here and when i am back near Ubud, i will definitley stay here.

A paradise within the city of Ubud with excellent facilities and wonderful attention from the entire hotel staff. Its wonderful rooms and fantastic pool, along with the large table where you can have breakfast and talk with other guests, make you feel at home with the owner. My sincere congratulations to the entire team at The Sowan Ubud.
