Overall, we had an okay stay. The location was great, the clubhouse facilities were good, and the caravan itself was clean and tidy.

there were a few issues that affected our experience. There were cigarette butts scattered around the front of the caravan, which wasn’t very welcoming. We also had problems getting a cot and proper bedding, despite being assured beforehand that everything had been arranged. Another issue was that there was a seagull nest with chicks on the roof. The noise from the birds kept the children awake, which made nights difficult. I was also uncomfortable with the level of contact from the owner, Alex, during our stay. He called my phone multiple times, and even after I contacted another number to explain that the repeated calls were making me uncomfortable, I received another call from him. I felt this was excessive and impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our holiday. Finally, while we understand that guests are expected to leave the accommodation tidy, we were surprised to be asked to strip all of the beds before departure, as this isn’t something we’ve been asked to do elsewhere.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming ❤️ I particularly loved the en-suite toilet in the main bedroom so that I didn’t annoy the younger family members when going to the loo in the night ! 🤣

People staying in the Caravan behind us were up partying playing music arguing and shouting on until 4am.. security came to their caravan a couple of times but didn’t stop. Kept our 10 year up most of the time and dogs were unsettled

Great place and value for money

Location of caravan was brilluant. Very easy to find and 5 minute walk from entertainment centre. When we arrived tbags, coffee and sugar were provided along with cleaning materials. I felt this was a lovely touch.

Dirty dishes & cooker , carpets not properly hoovered,dog smell in whole caravan especially living area! Some blankets were smelly. The single beds were tiny for an adult.

Brilliant location and easy to find. Clear instructions for facilities. The mobile was beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable and cosy. The unexpected extras like condiments, tea, coffee, air fryer and bottle of wine etc were very much appreciated. We had a super weekend.

The master room came with a walk in wardrobe and en suite... Also lovely clean bedding smelled really fresh and cosy

No toilet roll No milk No coffee No fairy We asked if they could cater for a 1.5 year old yet there was no towels We asked where are the towels and the response was Arthur's doesn't provide towels, I couldn't believe it On arrival a leak in the master bedroom The water tasted like chemicals I even washed the glass out 3 times my partner narrowed it down and did some googling it and we decided that was undrinkable and opted to buy big bottles of water and act like we were abroad Even the tin opener was broke No pasta drainer Had to put a deliveroo order in its not what I wanted coming at 9pm to find no tea coffee or milk for the morning and no towels and loo roll. The cot also had no mattress they provided new sheets nice touch with a blanket but sheets for what no mattress seemed very unprepared for guests .... Leak got sorted promptly And they let us raid the towels so we managed and 3 of us shared 1 bath towel. This could have been a great caravan it had such potential but a bit of a slap when you can't even have a morning coffee and it states a home from a home ...shame as it's a beautiful layout and they actually cleaned nicely

It was clean and homely very easy to know ur way around.

Only issue we found was the tap loose in the kitchen it moves when u use it.
