It wasn't very clean. There were stains on the floor, walls and curtains. The swimmingpool wasn’t clean too.

Not very happy with my stay actually.

You get what you pay for… I’d say that the pictures are better than reality unfortunately. The bathrooms are really old and have toilet and shower together which makes everything wet. The bed was old, felt almost like a hammock and very squeaky. I booked a room with a balcony but got one on the ground floor.

We booked two rooms with a garden view. Neither of them had a refrigerator but was advertised with them. We asked for refrigerator and was given a room with a balcony view.No shower soap in the soap boxes. One bad smelling soap in a bag to use for shower. Both tv's didn't work, one electric socket didn't work. No coffee mug for your own coffee, no coffee offered. Rooms not cleaned and not even offered to do so. Our drinking glasses not cleaned and when we came later same day they were still there. Dirty pool. Sunbeds broken and torn. The jacuzzi is located infront of one room, a little walk away, empty. Gym is good but at additional cost. We didn't realize it and after 5 minutes in the gym one staff member gave my son a bill and walked away not even talking to me. I paid the bill to a lady in the reception and when we were walking to our room the other staff member came after us and told me I had to pay! The staff members clearly did not communicate well. Really dissatisfied with this stay.

Let's start with the staff: They're extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is great, a bit away from the hustle, but very conveniently located, close to everything. The A/C does its job dehumidifying and chilling the space. The room and bathroom, though in need of a bit of renovation, are very comfy and good value for the money you pay. This accommodation is really cheap, so you get what you pay for.
