GBGBExcellent location. Lovely clean flat. Well equipped. Private parking on site. Due to bad weather the heating timer needed to be re set. Kathryn (owner) came straight away to re set Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
There was some early noise from The butchers shop below. We were aware of this and it wasn't really a problem. Earplugs were available in bedside drawers!!

The beds were too low for my liking, but we're comfortable. This flat is above a retail premises, did hear early morning movement and voices downstairs

In the back bedroom the walls are so thin with next door you can hear every word they say.

The butchers shop staff started work early, 5am. We could hear their conversations. Very noisy inside and outside.

GBGreat location and very dog friendly with food and water bowls under the sink. Well equipped kitchen, even had a small milk in the fridge for arrival which was appreciated. Also had a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Slept in the rear bedroom the first night but kept awake with floor boards creaking from next door so changed to the front bedroom which was much better. The living room wasn't the most attractive to spend time in (a bit too grey for taste). The hot water tap in the kitchen could do with a warning as the water got very hot to the point of scalding.
