People in the flat next door or possibly below were chatting most of Friday night and we could hear them through the walls

There wasn't a breakfast as referred to in the booking, the beds had to be stripped but there wasn't any laundry bags, the fridge froze everything, and the shower ran between boiling hot and freezing cold.
