Lovely accommodation in a friendly and quaint village pub

Staff amazing and welcoming room great but bed uncomfortable and lack of coffee and milk in room

From the moment we walked in it felt like we had been coming here for years but it was our first visit. The owners and staff are fantastic, Sam who was on the bar, even gave us a lift to Bedford Park to see Rag N Boneman. Breakfast the next morning was great and plenty of it. We will definitely be going back.

Really nice friendly country pub

Room was comfortable but tired

In an annexe which you could get to through garden. Plenty of coffee and tea available, conveniently located in a village close to Bedford where we attended a concert. Both bath and shower facilities. Bedroom fairly comfy with TV, mini fridge and table.

Air conditioning did not work, only thing available was a fan which was too noisy. Low ceiling going to Bathroom and noise issues. The pub was supposed to close at midnight but could clearly hear people talking until 1.30 in the morning. Did not think it was value for money because breakfast came to over £20 extra.
