The location is amazing. 5 minutes from downtown and super accessible. What stands out here is the customer service. You could DM them at any time and they wouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes to reply. They were extremely easy to work with and made us feel very valued. The apartment was also extremely clean. I would 100% stay here again .

The WIFI didn’t work. I told them and they tried to get a tech to come but since we were only there 48 hours I didn’t want to have to be there to receive them. Also, the key fob was missing, the fridge didn’t work and the shower water pressure was very poor.

"A+ location. Quiet street but still close to everything. Will stay again."
