Nice bed and the building facilities were nice (pool and gym)

Awful customer service. They kept saying they were looking into my request when I messaged on day 1 till the end of my stay. No hairdryer on the room. We had only one towel for each during the whole stay. Water was coming out of the shower all the time and it was a mess. Directions to access the flat were really not clear, we had to ask to someone living there cause reception closes at 5pm. I guarantee we would have never made it with the instructions they share with you when you arrive. Honestly overall I wouldn’t recommend considering the price because if you have an issue no one is gonna help you because they don’t have anyone at the facilities clearly

Clean. Pool area is cute. Great distance to all we wanted to do.

spacious, new, well-furnished apartment. HVAC worked well on very hot days. There were always parking spaces available.

Instructions for getting into the building and accessing the unit were vague and hard to parse, given the complexity of the apartment campus. Took me several tries to figure this out. Part of the problem is that some elevators are hidden behind doors with only a small sign you only see once you're on them. Extra explanation about this would have been helpful. Also, they left out wifi information, causing me to have to take the time to call the office to get that data.

did not have Wi-Fi the entire stay, nor was there a hairdryer, I was unable to use the pool facilities because I would not be able to dry my hair. I spent way too much time with multiple daily messaging with the host who did respond right away that they would look into it, however when I checked out, still no Wi-Fi and a hairdryer was never brought over.

The location was great for us. The room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Very nice pool area.

We had to contact the property manager for a new code to enter each of the 2 rooms. We had a Roku TV that had no options at all unless we connected our own devices to the TV or had our own Roku account. The second room that the rest of the family was in had immediate access to all Roku options within the TV. Although we asked several times through messages to management, there was never an answer given about access to the TV. Going upstairs and down several hallways, intruding on the other family members to watch TV late at night or early in the morning didn't seem to us to be a very good option. There were overhead lights in the closet of one of the rooms, and an overhead room light in another that both flickered and had a very dim glow if turned on. They did the same for several minutes after turning the switch off as well. There was a leak into the closet of one of the rooms from the air conditioner utility box...........probably from the condensation drain. We have contacted the property about this as well, and they responded that maintenance will address these issues

Good location and apartment is nice. Washer and dryer in bathroom nice feature. Motivated to rent based on promise of parking. Required parking pass was missing from room as promised. Calls to MGT we're frustrating as they kept repeating that key fob was hanging next to the door. Hook was empty. Found street parking around the corner. Wifi was not working as incorrect network and password were supplied. I found the router in the closet and was able to finally access. Shower water pressure was weak.

Bed was too firm, parking fob didn’t work, it was terrible getting to the room from the garage, barely any communication and people were making noise all night.

The accessibility in the pool and the roof top are really nice, safe parking lot

The material to make it easy to carry bags into the building would be nice
