Clean, comfortable and easy access to Lake & downtown area. Excellent coffee provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

All the check in information wasn’t provided immediately (we got it in separate emails) and so it was quite confusing. They did apologize for that. It’s not an easily entered condo and we respect the security but we were happy to be there pretty early and we weren’t that tired. We both commented on how difficult it would’ve been later in the evening and perhaps a longer travel day, added to the scenario. Once it all made sense, we were fine. Also, our code for our room didn’t work so we called to get assistance. That was helpful. Stayed 3 nights but we only given 2 pkgs. of coffee. Room darkening curtains would’ve been nice. The shades still let in quite a bit of light from surrounding buildings as well as morning sun.

The inside of the apartment very comfortable and clean

The common areas of the building and particularly the hall where the apartment is located stonk to dog pee, very , very strong odor. I had to cover my nose every time I entered the building. This is a shame considering the apartment is top and the complex is supposed to be upscale.

It’s exactly as described. Easy to check in and out. The cafe across the street is very convenient, same for the access to the trail by the river.

Communication was great throughout the trip and apartment was very nice

Location is good. Second time I have stayed here. Last time was a nightmare. This time a little better but think there are still major issues that need addressed.

Patio door was unlocked, lock was broken as well so had to leave unlocked during stay. No vent hood for stove. So if you use stove, how do you vent? No chairs to sit at peninsula/island. Why have island if you can't sit there. Previous stay that room had stools.

The comfort, beds, and location of the place was excellent. It was easy to get in and out of building with codes that were provided. The beds and attached bathroom were excellent.

Upon arrival, we were given a room that wasn’t cleaned, we made a call and thankfully were put in another room, however, getting codes, WiFi passwords and a last minute problem made it very difficult to talk to this off site management company sadly.

Terrible customer service.
