We liked the location. It was close to downtown and easy access to the highways. The buildings are a maze, and it was hard to figure out where the apartment was when we first arrived.

How clean everything was

Apartment was very comfortable and in a good area however the 24/7 reception was a person at the end of a phone. Access proved a little difficult as I arrived in the evening. Pool was not available during my stay which was disappointing

The apartment was nice and spacious with decent sized bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. The location was convenient, close to downtown.

The apartment had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the hallway in front of the washer/dryer, no trashcan or trash bags in the kitchen, floors had not been swiped or mopped, carpets had not been vacuumed (remnants of food scattered), dirty drawers in the bathrooms, items from previous guests still present in the apartment (baby bottle filled with curdled milk on the floor, hairbrushes, etc.). The company offered to clean the apartment the next day and some of the issues were addressed (they also offered to switch us to a different unit at the end of the day). The parking is on the other side of the apartment complex, so you have to walk quite a bit through uncovered areas to reach the apartment building.

The noise of the refrigerator at night was very loud. It sounds like the compressor fan is clipping something or isn't balanced. The shower lets water go everywhere since there's no door, curtain, or deep drain basin.
