The property was clean and comfortable.

When i arrived they’re was one dirty towel left behind. But, aside from that everything was clean and organized.

It was clean and spacious

The doors to get in didn’t work. We were stuck in the garage with an infant for 1.30 hours and had a hard time contacting the customer service.

Very nice location, close to park by the river. Walking distance to Downtown. New and big unit and safe place to stay.

Location, been repeat visitor, they still are working out kinks but overall, once you figure out their system and all the layers of administration to get your reservation confirmed, it works out.

Second time in a row that the patio door lock was broke and was not fixed even after review from last time with same issue. Couldn't lock room and wasn't staying around waiting for that to be addressed.

Loved the pool view, size of facility, washer/dryer, cleanliness & location.

Parking was a little confusing, just because we're not from the area, but once we figured it out we did great!

Location, space, and availability of representatives when issues came up. Too many issues.

Ruined my plans to dinner and night out in town, key pad was not securing the apartment. So I couldn’t lock the door. Issue was resolved after an hour, by then it was too late to head out. Shower was dirty, and shower head does not work properly and was unable to take a proper shower during my stay. Keypad is remote and keypad code was changed before my checkout time and was locked out of the apartment for over 20 minutes, made me late to a very important event.

The communication of the host was outstanding and the apartment was beautiful and clean :) The linen was stunning too and the bed so comfy!

The unit needed a kettle and some coffee cups would have been wonderful as I had to drink my morning coffee out of a water bottle. Also, better directions to the actual unit would be useful as was initially almost impossible to find.
