Zen hideaway in Aotea

Quiet, Location not far from either the township or motorway. Under floor heating in the bathroom. Self-contained kitchen. Very clean. Would recommend to others

Heat pump would have been a helpful option - not negative feedback.

First class no problems and very well set up for guests.

It rained a lot ! Nothing else was at fault. Nice and comfortable.

Extra comfy, better than basic furnishings. Easy to find, close to main road, quiet, walkway at bottom of road, larger size shower cubicle, and relaxed ambience, 2L of milk complimentary, shampoo for those who may have forgotten theirs. And the owners spare body wash, toothpaste etc. also sits in the accommodation maybe for their visitors too, to use. The couple and l exchanged a friendly wave on leaving. Especially appreciated arriving to the pre heated lovely warm lounge on our first wet blustery evening.

It definitely was noticeable that there was no dish brush, face cloth, dish cloth, tea towel, long length mirror, door mat for outside and inside the doorway but maybe this isn't necessarily what the owners are wanting to provide, to keep costs down. A security light would have also been handy as we had to rush around locating lights from phones to see to put the key code in. A container for storing the shoes is not needed and the wind blew it in the garden. When it's pouring down and windy the best thing is to just shut the door. Electric jug also leaks water out the spout when being used to pour. And not having a table and chairs. I also would have appreciated advance communication earlier than the day of arrival. Just one area of cleaning we both noticed was under the bathroom cabinet, skirtings and around the toilet. None of these distracted from the stay though.

Location - so close to the motorway, quiet surroundings and relaxing accommodation. Everything you may need was available in the property. Perfect!
