Zen hideaway in Aotea

The location was good as it was close to our family It was very warm, only because we purchased 2 heaters

You'll need to firstly follow up with landlord once the room is booked, there is no automatic email. I asked landlord if we could check in a lil early as we landed in Wellington with our baby at 6am but check in was 2pm - this was declined (No booking from night before also, so room was free) Parking was on-street only Entrance isn't private, you have to wrap around the house (as per pic) Not enough blankets at all Heater didn't work properly (must install app before use & turns off after a few mins anyway) So had to purchase 2 heaters to be warm No sky tv - freeview only Used milk in the fridge, rubbish in the lounge and wet toilet paper in the bathroom Could hear a child/baby crying in the room next to us on first 3 nights - waking our baby Just overall not a nice stay at all, would not recommend. Landlord didn't ever text back as well let alone check in with us on our 5 night stay.

Would have liked the plates, cups and glasses more accessible- I couldn’t reach them

לא אהבנו את המטבח היה מאובזר אבל לא נקי לא היה מזגן ולנו זה מאד חשוב היה רשום בבוקינג שיש מיזוג אוויר אבל לא היה שפנינו לבעלים הציעו לנו מאוורר שרק עשה רעש או שנפתח חלונות

little bit of noise from main house but guess that is to be expected from bnb

Good location easy parking nice place

When the fold out bed is out there is no room to sit or move. Great place other than that.
