"Slightly overpriced we thought."

The hot tub was nice and a comfortable bed.

Noisy as right next too the main road, hot tub not as in the pictures, an inflatable one.Window’s don’t open so hot in the summer unless you want too sleep with the doors open.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We came with the intent to just relax and we did lovely overall. Hot tub was fab a bit of an issue with it on our second night but got sorted straight away. Very comfy bed and everything you need for a two night stay thank you we would definitely come again!

No where to sit in the room, stools were tiny , uncomfortable. Could not sit outside as they left the cushions out. No where to hang clothes or dressing gown. Tab burn on the headboard of the bed. Marks on the floor covered by a rug. Door horrendous to open and shut. The hot tub was an inflatable lazy spa to small for my husband legs , no privacy poor lighting, seating around the lazy spa was scruffy. The traffic was absolutely horrendous. I can honestly say I would not recommend this to anyone. This was suppose be a special weekend which was cut short and left after one night. A total waste money. Please avoid.

"Lovely short stay in a quiet and clean place with a relaxing hot tub"

The place was exactly what we were looking for, quiet but still conveniently located to Durham. Host communication was excellent prior to arriving and helping with locating the place - even putting extra effort in for my partner's birthday. The hot tub was hot and ready upon arrival. The stocked basket for tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice touch. Beds comfortable and place was clean.

Our only nitpic would be that the hot tub didn't have any lighting when other hot tubs on the property had fairy lights around them. This meant we relied upon our phone torches during our night time dips in the tub which certainly wasn't as much of vibe compared to the nicely lit one.
