Kasa At Artisan Music Row Nashville

Lovely apartment, but more like a large studio as the bedroom did not have a closed door. Two old gals staying there, ran out of toilet paper & had to buy our own. Manager/assistant Mgr. of the place not very friendly to Kasa guests.

Place is very nice. I just did not like the interruptions. One stated there was a water leak with the washer and the following day to check the hvac. Both times during 11am check out. I didnt appreciate it. They could have waited until it was vacant. Didnt seam important.

nice property close enough for a quick uber to DT, but local bars restaurants within walking distance. If I had to complain...no tv in the bedroom was a bummer. But very clean, great communication. will stay again.

l’appartement est très bien , spacieux et très propre . Très peu de vaisselle mais pour 2 nuits c’était suffisant . Le gros point noir .. nous n’avons pas dormi ! un bruit venant de la VMC ou système de climatisation ( nous ne sommes pas sur de la provenance ) permanent qui se déclenche très régulièrement et en quasi continu la nuit !!

Everything went smoothly and the place was very clean. It was super convenient and a great location

The property was OK, but the air conditioner did not work and it was 75-77 inside our unit for three days. The toilet was running when we arrived and had to have maintenance out twice. The AC was never fixed. The door to the unit was difficult to lock as well. Management did not address our concerns with any urgency.

We loved the unit, the location. It was a great experience. Only drawback is that the bedroom blinds do not block the light and the commercial building across the street has lights on all day and night.

We came to Nashville to cellebrate our 49th wedding anniversary, I got all of our check in information a few weeks before our trip and I received very detailed check in information the morning of our arrival, everthing went very smooth and the communication with our host was perfect The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay We used the kitchen every morning to make breakfast, the parking garage was clean the elevators worked as they should, there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels The setting of our building was right on Music Row a lot of history, and many points of interest within walking distance All in all a great place to call home for a visit to Nashville
