They were not able to accommodate for an early check in which is why I will give four stars. Otherwise I don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend a long full length mirror and maybe a throw blanket for the couch but overall nice room.

Overall very nice. Was clean but some dirty towels and trash not picked up upon arrival.Bath sinks drained slowly. Toilet handle on one toilet broken. Entry door to apartment was not working right and had been tampered with probably from past guests dealing with same issue.

Great space and loved the Music Row area. Close enough to downtown and also close to some great local spots...

The apartment was nice, very minimal but that is all we needed as we were out and about most of the days we were there. One complaint is the trash trucks come by multiple times a day and in the very early morning hours and almost shake the floors. I thought someone was pounding on our door to get in. It was alarming and woke our group up multiple times.

The property was safe. The hot water in the shower was just right. No pots to cook a nice meal.

Where to start. I literally have a stay hear august22-25 The first day was okay. Second night someone tried to break in my room in the middle of the night. They didn't get in thank God. Several of the residents in this building told me there vehicles are always broke into. No security on site no cameras in the hallway nothing. After waiting three hours for Nashville police to file a report. I had to get on the phone took me over three hours to get relocated. While I trying to get my car out of the gate. I asked women in office to open the gate she told me she didn't have gate key. After I told her she could open the gate or I was driving my car thru the gate . She went in and came back out in two minutes and open the gate. After she said she had no key and I would have to leave my car there to get towed. Once I got to the relocation place it was the same hassel to check in. I got into the building and drop my stuff off went out to eat to be called two hours later to be told that we had over booked and we had to vacate the property. With a hour . Not accomodations no refund nothing I literally was on the street of Nashville looking for a place to stay. I talked to several residents in the building and they said alot of people get robbed and kick out usually the last day of there vacation. U can't listen to loud music U can't talk loud at night U can't be on the balcony at night u might get someone to complain that u are loud I would never rent from kasa again they suck

If you want a simple check in process this is not the place. We felt like we were going into the witness project program. With all the bells and whistles to get to our room. The assistant manager couldn't be bothered to help us as we arrived. The manager giving us the dirtiest look as she passed by not even a hello or do you need any help? We had arrived after a early morning flight and we just wanted to rest up for our visit at the Grand Ole Opry that night. But our neighbors were blaring loud music that shook our room. That night I took out a dish to eat on and it had caked on food. Only to find the sink had no hot water. The next day we are out and about in Nashville all day. We return home to find out someone had accessed our room. Without any heads up from the staff. They removed a portable air conditioner from our room. Only to steal the candy we had left on our counter top. A total violation of privacy with little to no responsibility taken by the Kasa. To top that all off with the air conditioner taken out. We had not realized the god awful noise the refrigerator was making beforehand. That kept my wife up all night long. Just for convenience we had reached out to them prior to most of this happening to try to book another night. As part of our honeymoon when we returned back to Nashville. They refused to work with us at all on the two night minimum stay so I had to find another place to stay last minute. Needless to say avoid this housing unit at all costs.

Great location, nice property clean and safe

Had a great time, amazing property, very clean, lot of things nearby where you can walk or ride bike to.
