Unit was not prepared to be occupied that evening -room temp 59 with a load of towels on a chair and not put away

Amenities not as expected. We booked this unit expecting a full kitchen because we intended to cook. The kitchen does not come with a pot big enough to cook, it only comes with a small pot. Reading the reviews now, I’m not the only one that faced this issue. It is extremely difficult to contact their support team, I only got a reply after 2 days of 2 emails, 2 chat support and a call that was put on hold. Finally the team gave me a reimbursement for the missing pot, but I would already be checking out in a day. I also chose this place because the bathroom picture showed a bathtub as my husband always prefers one. The unit did not come with a bathtub as shown in the picture. The bed is also on the softer side, lacking support it sinks to the weight of us, we’re both not big, I wake up with backaches every day. Other than that it is spacious and a decent stay. Location is convenient.

Great location and very nice unit. Although property doesn't have concierge or on-site staff the check in process was very simple once you use it. The Kasa team is very communicative to ensure you dont have issues.

We loved the location and condition of the property however every morning at 3 am we were awakened by LOUD banging from city trash trucks/dumpsters—-so loud. Also while the room had blinds, so much light came in through the windows from the courtyard, parking garage and outside lights that it was like having lights on all night while trying to sleep. Worst four nights of sleep IN MY LIFE. Wouldn’t stay there again due to those two things.

Property was very clean and in a quiet area that met our needs. It’s about 5-10 minutes from downtown by Uber but was worth it for us staying there.

The check in process was extremely simple and easy.

The Kasa Apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need or want. The location was very centrally located for ease of venturing out to our destinations. Communication responses were immediate! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!!

We felt very unsafe in the area. We opened the door and chemicals smell was strong. We immediately left and did not stay. The Uber driver told us two senior women should not be by ourselves in this area.
