Soul Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Days spent lazing at the pool, sipping cocktails and enjoying the DJ's tunes at the Beach Club was the perfect way to spend our days. Dinners at the Beach Club were tasty and once again, all very friendly staff and the nightly fire dancers and DJ entertained us all. Our visit coincided with the Beach Club's 7th birthday bash which was a night to remember. The hotel provided everything we needed and more. We will be back.

We booked this hotel very last minute as we wanted to move more south. It exceeded our expectation by the smaller details and offers it kept sharing with us. They allow access to a larger sister property nearby so you get to use 2 pools and the spa and restaurants in both spaces. The hotel is a tech forward hotel and the app shows you all the exciting offers and activities for the day along with the ordering on the app. Highly recommend downloading the app. It is worth it. There's buggy services offered frequently and convenient airport drops also. Also the design and detailing of even small corners was super. Its something we value in a hotel , maybe not for everyone.

Not much to say here. I guess it would be have been nice if our rooms were interconnected. But close was also good.

O local do pequeno almoço era péssimo, música altíssima independentemente da hora além da descoordenação dos funcionários e o serviço demorado. O serviço de espreguiçadeiras e chapéus na praia era residual para os hóspedes do hotel. Não é o local ideal para quem procura uma atmosfera pacífica e de descanso.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful linen, towels and bed. The marina is kept spotless by a team of gardeners and the beach is clean, water flat and perfect for swimming.

Half of the buildings in the marina are empty and the stores don’t stock basic items.

Comfortable room, beautiful location. Loved the fact we could use the facilities in the signature resort up the road. There was a shuttle bus every hour or free use of bikes! The food at the sailing club and signature resort were both very good. Much better service and chilled out music at the Signature Club and a lovely quiet pool and sun beds.

Could not unpack our suitcases as there were 4 hangers and 2 drawers (one of which had a safe in!) Service at the sailing club was so slow, although the food was delicious! Why do you need a DJ playing club music at breakfast time? He/she would be better serving the waiting customers!
