Location is very good and specially grocery store just in front.

I think parking is a bit of a problem but had no difficulty

Having to pay a large deposit and not getting it back straight away

Nice little apartment.

Could not get the code for the key. Due to being late and not seeing an email while stuck on a plane. It's my fault. But no one would answer the phone. We were left on the street. Cost £100 for a taxi to drive us around hotels. Finally got one at another £60 each. Someone left a message to say they were in bed and it was too late to answer the phone. Supposed to be someone contactable up until12am. Disappointed. Also freaky as we had no place to go.

The apartment was a good size. TV options was good Very close to the city - 10 minute walk

The headboards on both single beds were broken. The property needed a good clean. Dirty hand marks and spillages on the kitchen unit doors. There was remnants of tinsel or some sparkly material, under the settee. Walls in bedroom were in need of a freshen up - lots of potential just needs to be maintained.

Good location and clean.

The property was advertised to have off street parking. However, when we arrived the parking was full so we had to pay a lot of money for parking which was an unexpected cost. The management company said they would refund but didn’t and then continued to ignore my emails. Poor customer service! The boiler was noisy.

New apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Good location, walking distance to city center. Good contact with owner. It was a pleasure to stay there.
