Very nice place, very clean, airy, nice living room area with comfy furniture.

It was clean, bright , spacious ,good location. Good communication and instructions.

One headboard was broken The set of blinds didn't close properly and could have done with being blackout Beds not the comfiest but that may be personal preference

Loved how modern the apartment was, sparkling clean and cosy, and great selection of options and channels on the tv

Just needs a baby gate for families staying with young children

A lot of space within the property and the response from the property service when called out for support.

The area ...despite being near to the city, it was uncomfortable as a mother and daughter we felt intimidated by groups of men. Therefore in the evening we used taxis. Parking...we had to park about a quarter of a mike away in a car park, no local provision. The accommodation was ok, one of the bedrooms had blinds which were broken, the flat needs some TLC . The property company were helpful when contacted. I would not stay here again and definitely not recommend. Apologies

Good location for town centre and nice and quiet

We arrived to find various issues- blood and other stains on doors, all furniture dirty and stained, bin sensor not working and dirty, shower extractor fan filthy, generally very unclean. There were no lamp shades only bare bulbs. I contacted to complain about the dirt via phone, she said she would report it and we never heard back. She contacted me the following day to ask if she could come and pick up some of the keys, saying I had five. The irony was there were 2 keys and one did not open the door. 1 key for four adults is not enough. This was advertised as a luxury flat but it was certainly not that.

Location to O2 academy

Issues with parking at last minute. Very poor directions to where parking was situated.
