Birmingham City 2 Bedroom Apartment

it was clean everything was working good internet. we really didn’t have time to enjoy it we where only in Birmingham for a funeral. but i would book it again when i go up for leisure

Picking the keys out of the lock box. no light to see the numbers and i really think the place needs to have light shades all that expensive to make it feel nice for the sake of a few quid invest in some light shades

I liked the location as we were looking to stay close to The Bull Ring for a girls shopping trip. Accommodation was well presented

We felt there was lack of communication from the property owner, we didn’t get any entry details until the middle of the night on our 1st night. We had to contact customer services for the entry details, we didn’t know how to work the central heating. We were a group of 5 but only had 4 towels and 4 forks. The trays in the oven weren’t clean. Ideally we wanted an early check in but the property owner never got back to us.

Pots need replacing with more non stick pans, more glasses and cutlery, was only one tea spoom

Tidy, modern, nice.

Kitchen cutlery could have been better, more glasses instead of plastic cups, there was also no fairy liquid for the dishes.

Good location for easy access to the centre. Lots of building work in the area but didn't inconvenience us at all.

Keysafe we had two codes and were a little bit confused but got there in the end.

The overall cleanliness was spot on in the apartment. Everything was in place and organised.

Parking was not offered on premises. This was a big let down for us as a family with young children.
