It was clean and quite area.

Parking was not at the front of the property

Was fine no issues

I am incredibly disheartened with the manner in which the host handled our reservation. We were unable to check in to the property on time; we were waiting out in the freezing cold for over 45 minutes this led to us missing our dinner reservations with family. We had to reschedule this , as a result this massively inconvenienced our entire group. As this was the purpose of our one night stay. Check in aside, once we entered the property we encountered many issues; two of the three beds available were broken and unsuitable for use. We were unable to turn on the heating on and had no response from yourself when we called. No one bothered to call me back after calling you 21 times to gain access to the property or answer questions but instead got back to our neighbours who kindly helped us. So we were being ignored. If it wasn’t for our neighbours we would have been stood outside till lord knows when. Our neighbours also told us they encountered many issues . This is appalling. Overall we have had an extremely disappointing experience, for the price I paid I was expecting a professional service with adequate lodgings None of which were delivered. Also to add.. I pulled out the spare duvet in the cupboard which absolutely stank, also had huge stains on it. This resulted in one of us having to sleep without a duvet. The boiler was making an awful noise all night long which lead to us have zero sleep. Most importantly I am disgusted in the way they have dealt with my complaint and in compensating for this. I have had no healthy or consistent communication. Instead I have had to chase them up in regards to my refund! They are ignoring me and booking.com to authorise my refund. I suggest If you don’t want your hard earned money going down the drain then stay well away from this accommodation! unprofessional.

Great location. Really clean and spacious with practically everything we could possibly need.

Couldn’t find oven gloves or tea towel, but not a massive issue as we managed just fine without.
